Green Mountain Celts share the spirit of ancestral Celtic roots and bring to life a timeless recipe of traditional Scottish, Irish and Celtic inspired music with repertoire that reflects the heart of Celtic music.

Travel through time with songs of Scottish Highlanders and Irish bards. Tap your toes to jigs and reels and even some tunes of the rebels.

We perform traditional Celtic music with the great highland bagpipes, Scottish small pipes and bodhran and are often joined by guest musicians.

We enjoy presenting programs which share historical facts and legends about the music and the instruments.

Fees vary according to musical line-up, location, and length of the event.

The Piper
Terry is the Bagpiper, performing on the Great Highland Pipes and Scottish Small Pipes. He is a regular participant in Highland pipe EUSPBA solo competitions and active as a solo piper for weddings, funerals and other events. He is also manager and piper with the St. Andrews Pipes and Drums of Vermont.

The Drummer
Joanne performs on the Celtic Frame drum/Bodhran. The drum becomes a portal into that mystical energy that speaks to the Celtic spirit energy, transcending all time. Depending on where the beater strikes the skin, the Bodhrán produces a wide range of tones and nuances. She is active in session playing both locally and in Ireland. Joanne also incorporates drums as a tool for healing and meditation at Feather and Stone.
